How to apply
Applying to Twente Pathway College is easy! Either apply via your local agent who will support you with the process from application to arrival, or do it yourself by completing the online application form.
When applying online, please attach the following documents with your application:
- Copy of your passport
- Copy of your most recent transcript
- Proof of your English capability (IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge English)
- Copy of your diploma
- CV
- Personal statement
You can also apply if you do not have all the above documents available yet. Our dedicated admissions team will assess the documents and in many cases will be able to provide you with a conditional offer letter based on documentation provided.
Please note, some applicants may see delays in receiving their admission decision. This is due to new Dutch regulations leading to new entry requirements. In such cases, we will get back to you with further news by mid-January.
* We are only able to accept applications online from applicants that are over the age of 16.
* Following Dutch regulation for foundation year education: In case you are able to obtain the required secondary school level at a public school in your own country you may only qualify for direct admission to the University of Twente. This includes students in the British system (IGCSEs, AS and A-levels).

Academic entry requirements
Business & Management pathways: Mathematics is a compulsary subject in the final year. Alternative numerate subjects such as Statistics, Algebra, Accounting and Calculus will be considered.
Behavioural & Social Sciences pathways: Mathematics is a compulsary subject in the final year. Alternative numerate subjects such as Statistics, Algebra, Accounting and Calculus will be considered.
Engineering & Technology - Chemistry pathways leading to Bachelor's programmes in Advanced Technology and Chemical Science and Engineering:
- Mathematics is a compulsory course in the final year of the diploma. Mathematics may be substituted by (a combination of) calculus, algebra and geometry
- Physics is a compulsory course in the final year of the diploma
- Chemistry is a compulsory course in the final year of the diploma
Engineering & Technology - General pathways leading to other Engineering & Technology Bachelor's programmes:
